The Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (PamCham) and the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) have reaffirmed their commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through the renewal of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Sibul Technology Business Incubator (TBI).

The official MOA signing took place at PSAU, with PamCham President Atty. Paul L. Yusi and PamCham Director Dr. Robert H. Lo signing on behalf of the Chamber. The event was also witnessed by PamCham Chairman Rene G. Romero, along with PSAU officials and other stakeholders.

This renewed agreement marks another milestone in the collaboration between PamCham and PSAU, aimed at strengthening technology commercialization, agribusiness development, and innovation-driven entrepreneurship in the agriculture, aquaculture, and natural resources sectors.

According to PamCham Chairman Rene G. Romero, the partnership highlights the Chamber’s commitment to supporting initiatives that drive economic growth and innovation. “Through Sibul TBI, we are providing entrepreneurs, researchers, and students with the necessary resources and guidance to develop sustainable business solutions,” Romero stated.

The Sibul TBI Board of Advisory (BOA) plays a crucial role in steering the incubator’s initiatives. Under the renewed MOA, Atty. Paul L. Yusi has been officially designated as PamCham’s representative to the BOA, with Dr. Robert H. Lo serving as his alternate. Their leadership ensures the continued active participation of PamCham in guiding Sibul TBI’s programs and projects.

With this partnership, PamCham and PSAU reaffirm their shared vision of advancing technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academe collaboration for the benefit of Pampanga and the broader Central Luzon region.
